About me

Hello! I’m Eduarda, undergraduate student in Oceanography at the Oceanographic Institute of the University of São Paulo (IOUSP). I’m interested in Biological and Physical Oceanography.

I’m doing my research at the IOUSP Marine Genomics Laboratory about DNA barcode of marine species not cataloged in a genetic sequence database to support monitoring biodiversity of coastal islands. I have experience in biological analysis and bioinformatics with R programming language, laboratory techniques in molecular biology, gather environmental sample and analysis of oceanographic data.
